Whirlwind of emotions

I was lost for years after enduring the hell I experienced growing up, I was violent, I was angry, but all those emotions stemming from an internal sadness...

Whirlwind of emotions is the fund raising I'm doing to thank the people that helped me to save myself and learn how to understand my emotions.

I'm doing a 21km adventure run "The GOAT Tongariro" in January, and will post workout videos and some other content on a YouTube channel linked to the page, as well as a live stream on the day of the run.

Please help support this as mental health problems are huge amongst men and without groups like this there would be a lot more kids without good dad's.
