A 600km walk to raise money for the Children of Gaza Crisis which is run by UNICEF Aotearoa.
Wellington
Whatever your opinions about the conflict in Gaza, Palestinian children are in urgent need of our support. I've decided to walk roughly 600km from my bedroom in Christchurch to the Israeli embassy in Wellington to raise money for the Children of Gaza Crisis - UNICEF Aotearoa

A donation of $90 could provide an emergency first-aid kit to help injured children and families in need of urgent medical care. Each kit contains medicines, food, blankets, milk and clean water.
A donation of $45 could supply blankets and a tarpaulin to a family displaced from their home.
A donation of $27 could provide 2,500 water purification tablets to ensure children forced to flee their homes have access to clean drinking water.
The situation on the ground is rapidly deteriorating. More than a million people, nearly half of them children, are in danger. Kids continue to pay the highest price while the violence and fighting continues, please help to protect them.

Warning: You may find the children's screams at the end of this video, as American made weapons destroy the buildings around them, difficult to listen to. That's normal. I also find it painful to hear, but we can't just carry on with our lives like this isn't happening.
Your support is hugely appreciated and no amount of money is small.
All donations to the Give a Little page will go to UNICEF Aotearoa and the Children of Gaza Crises programme they're running.
To donate please go to givealittle.co.nz and type in: Will's Walk for Palestinian Children.
Those crimes, committed on that one day, will never justify the slow starvation of thousands of children. The torture. The oppression. The dehumanisation. The bombing of hospitals. The attack drones killing starving people trying to get food from aid trucks. The stealing of bodies, switching off water and electricity, indefinite imprisonment, the shameless lies on international platforms, the settler attacks, the blatant war crimes or the illegal and unending occupation. The crimes on that one day will never justify the apartheid.
It is our country's duty to end this genocide.
