This kaupapa was a blessing for me personally. All our work weeks look different, and I haven't had much time the past few years for walks or exercise. This kaupapa gave a line I could draw in the sand and take back a little time to invest in my taha tinana, my physical we'll being.
So along with awareness and raising some money for our partners Good Neighbour, was also able to raise the bar for my own physical side.
Have made some lifestyle changes and am continuing to walk (minus the Facebook updates🤣)
