In celebration of 'The Big Latch On,' which is run as an offshoot of World Breastfeeding Week.
A gentle and hopefully relaxing yoga session to acknowledge the beautiful chaos that is motherhood. Bring along your babes, and if you have one, a yoga mat (don't stress if you don't have one - I've got a few).
Instead of payment for this session, Jane (the fabulous yogi taking the class) has asked me to donate to a charity close to the BBA community. Feel free to add to this donation if it's within your capacity, and I'll match it.
The charity has been chosen! The Rotary Community Breast Milk Bank.
