We provide an individualised vocational service for young adults with physical and/or intellectual disability.

Auckland

AIM provides an individualised vocational service for young adults with intellectual disabilities (regardless of the level of disability) from the age of 16 years upward. We are based in the wonderful town of Warkworth in the Rodney District, just north of Auckland, New Zealand.

Our purpose is to provide a vocational service for young adults with physical and/or intellectual disability using the Enabling Good Lives approach. Individual Goal Plans are person-directed and all activities are geared to individual needs and goals. We focus on providing meaningful community participation opportunities, and work experience where possible.

We greatly appreciate all forms of support, sponsorship, and donations. Without these extra contributions we would not be able to run AIM effectively and provide all our services.
