Little Andromeds presents hundreds of new works each year from hundreds of established and emerging artists to 14,000 delighted audience members. We test new ideas, challenge status quos and (arguably) help to make Christchurch the coolest city in the country.

We've faced significant financial challenges each year, and in recent years the commercial income and charitable funding we can pull together each year, less our very modest expenses, results in a $50,000 shortfall.

We've miraculously found a plug for that each year – but we're running out of ideas this year to the point where we can't even put tickets on sale. Our next funding injection is around August (and who knows, might we get a little more next year?) but we've got to find $50,000 to get us through to then.

Please help us reopen for 2026!
