The discipline of learning an instrument, and the experience of playing music together, transforms children's lives, helping them become a positive force in their community. Recognizing the power of Sistema to create social change, Sistema music programs now exist in more than 25 countries including Australia, Canada, England, Scotland, South Africa, and the USA.

Established in 2010, we now reach 100-110 children per week. Sistema's track record of academic/social improvement is renowned worldwide and was recently verified by a review of our students' National Standards test results showing that their academic performance has been considerably strengthened by their enrollment in Arohanui Strings.
