Supporting the families of people who have dementia. By providing advice, care, referral to specialist services and education for families. Our regular discussion groups provide support, friendship and advice to people in stressful times.

The society has been in existence since 1986 when it was just a group of focussed volunteers. Now we have DHB contracts, central government funding and an experienced and well qualified group of professional staff.
