Cambridge RDA continues to change lives in our community by providing therapeutic riding therapy to help those with disabilities.
Cambridge, Waikato
Cambridge Riding for the Disabled is celebrating 40 years this year (2023). That’s 40 years of providing therapeutic riding activities to the community. We cannot continue to do the important work we do in our community and support those who need us, without the support of sponsors, volunteers and donations.
All donations will be used to support the RDA - providing riders with the best experience, ensuring volunteers & riders are always in a safe environment, horse welfare and so much more!
We focus on making a positive difference in the lives of people with challenges by supporting and encouraging them through programmes that are designed to develop and increase physical abilities, communication & social skills, confidence, self-esteem and much more.
Classes are tailored to the rider’s needs by qualified coaches with achievable goals and tangible milestones in a fun, engaging and interactive supportive environment.
Our vision is to have the right resources at the right time to provide physically, intellectually, emotionally and socially challenged members of our community the opportunity to access and benefit from our programmes. We want to reach more people, and change more lives.
