By giving a little today, you can support Crescendo Trust to continue mentoring and educating, providing skills and opportunities to succeedAuckland
The Crescendo Trust of Aotearoa grows young people between the ages of 12-24. Based in Auckland, our point of difference is that through our mentoring programmes in music, production, content development, event management and radio production young people get to directly engage and connect with people working in the creative industries. This enables them to learn about a wide range of industry relationships, knowledge and skills, they benefit from exposure to real-world industry experience and training, including employment opportunities. The focus is slightly different with each individual but the goal remains the same; to empower NZ youth with a strong sense of self and the courage to make positive decisions for their future pathways.
We have worked with over 2,300 young people since we started in 2012. With your support we can engage the rangatahi who are on a list just waiting to get started. If you believe in leading with aroha, fostering creativity and lifting up our rangatahi, join us by donating today and follow our journey online. Be part of a young person's journey, as they gain confidence, connect with their communities and work towards enhancing their future.

Thank you for your support of CTOA. It has been a challenging time for all during recent times. We are proud to say that through all this CTOA has maintained connection with our rangatahi and continue our mentoring programmes. Although our funding is a cause for concern we are continuing to make plans for the future. We are currently launching our Link Up programmes, offering more opportunities to our young people through a series of short courses on an even wider range of different creative pathways including Rap School, Merch School, Singer/Song Writer, Band School and much more. We have also kicked off our Fast Forward series, providing our emerging creatives the chance to interact with some industry greats. Last week our rangatahi met with Heath Wynd from East-West Music. This week its a workshop with Joel Little, writing producer extraordinaire, the name behind Lorde, Taylor Swift, Sam Smith, Khalid, Shawn Mendes and more.
