We make a difference by
training volunteers to help people build effective communication skills in 1-1 and group situations. We have conversation and pre-employment classes. People who learn with us become confident and independent users of English in everyday, work place and social situations.
We are part of a national association that has been in existence for over 20 years. Today we have 280 staff and 3000 volunteers nationwide and we are currently working with 8000 learners. In Hamilton we have nearly 500 learners and 170 volunteers. Our learners make progress, get work and find a place to belong in and around Hamilton.
