Are you still fund raising to try and fight against this development or are you now fundraising to pay for legal costs awarded against you with no actual hope of achieveing your initial aims?

There was an article is stuff.co.nz today that kinda made it sound like the latter. If this is the case you should really make this very clear on your donations page. It currently is not clear

We are fundraising to pay for both our own legal fees and the costs awarded against us yesterday.

I will update the page as soon as possible, thanks for your advice.
