This Trust has been established to reach out to organisations who couldn’t otherwise afford to run these wellbeing workshops. Therefore giving participants of all ages and physical capabilities the opportunity to increase their physical and mental wellbeing and to find tools to help them truly flourish and be resilient in times of change.

Hannah Airey has facilitated workshops nationwide since 2007 and is an Associate of the Mental Health Foundation. She started the first Laughter Club in the South Island and has worked with prisoners, students, elderly and support groups.
