Taupo Hear 4 Kidz Trust supports children in Taupo, with hearing loss, in reaching their full potential.

Charlotte Campbell is profoundly deaf and recently had an operation to have her second Cochlear Implant inserted. As a tribute to the journey she is on her father Alistair got a Cochlear Implant of his own.
The story has gone viral and the response has been overwhelming.
Alistair is also fighting in a charity boxing match in December as part of the Zero Risk King of the Ring to raise money for the Hear 4 Kidz Trust which supports the local Taupo kids that suffer from hearing disabilities. The trust assists families with any additional costs associated with their hearing disability. If Alistair raises the most money the Hear 4 Kidz Trust will receive a bonus of $10,000 which will be incredibly valuable in supporting our kids.

When a child lives in a "hearing world" it can be difficult to become a high achiever due to the high cost of services and devices. We make a difference by supporting the child and their families with financial support and a community support group.
