The Wilderness Canoe Trust is a registered charity guided by our kaupapa to make outdoor experiences accessible to everyone.
We believe time spent on the water and in nature can be life-changing. Real adventures help build confidence, strengthen connection (whakawhanaungatanga), and deepen care for the natural world (te taiao).
Our mission is to provide safe, inclusive canoe adventures that remove barriers and create meaningful outdoor experiences for people of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities.
