Here at Intersex Aotearoa, we are proud to be intersex-led. Over the past year we have had new members join the Board of Trustees, who are intersex advocates working towards a better future for all people with diverse bodies or intersex variations. As the primary voice leading intersex kaupapa, every donation you give goes a long way towards ensuring we can cover the costs of our education, training, consultation and lobbying work. This year, 2022, we are excited to announce that additional to our advocacy work, we are starting a Peer Support Project with thanks to the Legacy Fund. This Peer Support Project involves a multi-year development programme, that will result with our organisation being able to create a supportive space for all intersex folks, or those with VSC or DSD to come together, share and foster hope for their future.
