    Jesse Gibb-Kimber was born on 29th February 1992 with pulmonary hypertension and atrial septal defect and was not expected to live past her third birthday. Jesse was one of those people that had amazing courage, bravery and who never gave up. Sadly Jesse passed away at the age of 21 of a brain abscess on the 20th of October 2013.

    Improving health and wellness is and should be very important for everyone and especially those born with Congenital Heart Disease. Our goal is to help build confidence/self esteem and self management through improving our heart kids, teens and adults strength mentally and physically. This will help them face any future heart procedures and other challenges in they may face.
