JustSpeak is a national NGO that advocates for a thriving Aotearoa with a fair and equitable justice system.

JustSpeak aims to put social wellbeing at the heart of our justice system by advocating for a justice sector that prioritises prevention and healing, and legislation and policy which is based on good evidence. We are guided by the wisdom of tangata whenua.
We are positive, active and informed. Too many criminal justice conversations are reactionary and polarised. We encourage an open-minded and informed discussion.
We are inclusive. Many people are not heard on important decisions in the criminal justice sector, especially those most directly affected. We welcome everyone and actively encourage individuals and communities to join our waka.
