Kerikeri Gymnastics Club

Kerikeri Gymsports desperately needs a new facility in which to train Gymsports in!

Northland

We offer classes in pre-school, recreational and competitive gymnastics for both boys and girls of all ages and abilities.

Kerikeri Gymnastics Club was established in 1976 and has experienced phenomenal growth in membership. Our gymnasts have represented us at Regional, National, and Secondary Schools competitions with excellent results. They also excel at other sports such as athletics, netball, sailing and power-lifting.

Our current location was only ever intended to be temporary until we could build our own dedicated facility. The proposed development will provide opportunities for the community of all ages to gain the physical, educational and health benefits Gymsports can offer. The fundamental movement skills developed through Gymsports provide the basis for all sports and activities to grow from, and as such is not a niche sport but a developmental opportunity for all sports.

2% Effective Fee
On average, fundraisers pay just 2% to use Givealittle. This is one of the lowest effective fees in New Zealand fundraising. We charge a 5% platform fee to cover the cost of running the platform. Because most donors choose to top up their donation to cover this fee, the effective cost paid by fundraisers is about 2%. That means around 98 cents of every dollar raised goes to the cause.
