Phil Thorn, left deaf,blind and in a wheelchair after being struck down by Meningitis, is a resident of LFT, and wants to raise funds for them by biking through the biggest farm in the country, the Molesworth. Laura Fergusson Trust provide residential, respite and rehabilitation services for adults with physical or neurological impairments. At LFT, we provide opportunities for people with disabilities to pursue a supported and independent lifestyle. In our work, we value people, innovation and excellence. We are a local, independent and charitable organisation that has been a part of the Wellington Community for more than 35 years.
