At Level Playing Field, we understand the transformative power of sports firsthand. Sports not only shape lifelong skills but also foster strong bonds among mates. We believe every Kiwi child deserves the opportunity to experience the wide-ranging benefits of sports—enhancing physical and mental wellbeing, improving academic performance, and developing crucial interpersonal skills.

Our mission is to eliminate the financial barriers that often prevent young people from participating in sports. We provide discreet financial support to youth aged 11-21 across New Zealand, ensuring no one is left behind due to economic constraints. This support is delivered confidentially to protect the dignity and privacy of those we assist.

We are committed to providing all rangatahi with the opportunity to participate in sports and physical activities, regardless of their circumstances. Our vision is for all young people to have access to a level playing field where they can develop physical, social, and emotional skills, build self-esteem and confidence, and forge lifelong friendships. By breaking down barriers to sports participation, we aim to create a more inclusive, equitable society.
