    Thanks to your incredible generosity, we’re thrilled to share what we’ve achieved this year so far!

    So far this year, Life Education Trust Heartland Otago Southland has visited 23 schools, reaching 3,843 students with our health and wellbeing programme. 💛🦒

    In 2024, our Life Education Trust Heartland Otago Southland team visited 68 schools across the region and delivered the Healthy Harold health and wellbeing programme to a total of 9,818 students! 🏫🧠💛

    From learning about healthy friendships to understanding how their bodies work, tamariki across our communities have gained valuable tools to make positive choices for their futures.

    Every dollar donated helps us reach more schools, more children, and more communities—and we couldn’t do it without you.

  • Term 4 2024 Update

    In 2024 we launched a second Mobile Classroom. Due to growing populations throughout our region we were unable to visit all schools annually. So this year we brought on board our new educator Roshell and a second classroom. This classroom is based in the Southern Lakes region, whilst our educator Pip covers the rest of the region with our original mobile classroom. We have had incredible feedback with the second classroom, with many schools now thrilled to have Harold and our educators visit annually!

    Having a second classroom does increase our costs, and we are absolutely grateful for all donations that allow us to continue to operate in the Heartland Otago Southland region.
