The community Loss and Grief Centre in Invercargill offers a wide range of free support to anyone experiencing loss and grief.

Southland

The Loss and Grief centre offers free support to anyone living with loss and grief including grief from bereavement, separation, illness, isolation and other life changes.

We offer a free drop in centre service each week, information and resources, referrals to other organisations, trainings and workshops for the public and professionals and have a large meeting area available for the community to use.

We are fundrasing to open our doors more over the Christmas holiday period and offer more support groups to our community.
