Providing high quality early education and special quality care, enthusiasm and nurturing that parents want for their child when they are away from home. Maketu EduCare promotes children’s social and emotional wellbeing and helps parents manage relationships with their children.
All the families of Maketu EduCare are extremely happy with the education their children receive, there have also been some very positive comments from New Entrant teachers at Maketu, Paengaroa and Pongakawa on the children's readiness for school.

Our financial situation is critical and we have been operating at a loss for the past 18 months. We desperately need help raising money for new resources such as paint, paper, art equipment and to replace old and worn out play toys. We are also trying to raise money for a sandpit.
