Help us to raise funds to provide Emergency Food Assistance to struggling families/whānau, individuals and pensioners during these unprecedented times of Covid-19.

As kiwis now need us, we need your help with donations. Thousands have lost their jobs, had incomes reduced and are now living with financial hardship, we need your help to stock our food bank. Together we can feed the need.

We also help vulnerable low-income families with: * One on One Budget Advice, * Financial Planning, * Negotiations with Creditors, * Advocacy with Government, and Non-Government agencies, * Financial Capability Workshops, * Housing Advocacy, * Counselling, * Strengthening Families Programme, * Food Parcels for whanau in need, * Access to quality second-hand clothing and furniture bank, * Healthy Lifestyles Cooking Programme, * Freephone Budgeting Helpline: 0508 22 22 83

In the last 12 months we have delivered over 30,000 food parcels and helped over 5,500 clients or 9,000 whanau members with Budgeting Support. We 'teach our clients how to fish' so they can feed themselves, their whanau and their communities for a lifetime. Making smarter choices with personal income is the key to a lifetime of financial freedom.

Please help us to help them!

Help us to Feed the Need during Covid-19   8 April 2020

Posted by: Mangere Budgeting

Our Food Bank is under massive stress as our food slowly dwindles due to high demand for our food boxes due to Covid-19.

We have already run out of the following essential items:

* Pasta

* Rice

* Tinned Fish ie tuna, sardines, mackerel

* Tinned Meat ie corned beef, ham, luncheon

* Canned Foods ie beans, spaghetti, tomatoes, chick peas, lentils etc

* Toothbrushes

* Toothpaste

* Soap / Hand Wash

* Body Wash

* Shampoo / Conditioner and

* Feminine Hygiene products

With this in mind, we need your help to replenish our stores during this time of Covid-19 pandemic.

Every dollar you can donate helps us to feed vulnerable and struggling families/whānau, individuals and our pensioners during these unprecedented times.

Please consider making a donation to us, so we can help feed those in need.

Join us on Facebook to see the work we do across Auckland and as far South as Tuakau and Port Waikato.
