Mediaworks Foundation - Foster Hope
The Mediaworks Foundation assists Foster Hope in raising funds to create backpacks for children going into foster care.

The majority of Foster Hope's work is focussed around providing the key necessities for children placed into foster care. Many children arrive at their new placements with nothing but the clothes on their backs or with their belongings in a black rubbish sack. Foster Hope’s ambition is to let those children know someone cares about them by providing them with the basics to get them settled in their new home.
At the cost of $40 each the packs include a backpack and a carry all bag containing hygiene products such as a toothbrush, towels, shampoo and soap. For younger children a toy is also included to help them adjust to their new environment.
Any support you can provide to these Children is greatly appreciated.

Christmas can be a difficult time of year for the 8000+ Foster children in NZ. So we’re raising funds to purchase small but meaningful gifts so they know someone cares this Christmas.
