MindfulWell Charitable Trust

Donate to help provide accessible counselling and mental health support for women and youth through MindfulWell.

Auckland

We are a community-focused mental wellbeing organisation providing counselling services, mental health education, and practical tools that support emotional wellbeing for Women and Youth. Our work helps people better understand their nervous system, process difficult experiences, and build healthier ways of coping.

Alongside counselling, we develop accessible resources, workshops, and programmes designed to support people before they reach crisis point.

As a small charitable initiative, we rely on community support to continue expanding this work.

Donations help us provide accessible counselling, create free and low-cost mental health resources, and deliver community education that supports healing and resilience.

Every contribution, big or small, helps us reach more people who may otherwise go without support.

If you believe mental health care and counselling should be accessible to everyone, we would be incredibly grateful for your support.
