Kia ora koutou - hi everyone

First of all ngā mihi nui ki a koutou - thank you very much to everyone - who has ever supported Papatūānuku Kōkiri Marae and our mahi through this givealittle page. Greetings to you all. To date, you have given a lot - over $7000 in total since we started this page about 18 months ago. Thank you so much for your support for the marae in order for us to help others in our community both now and in the future. This givealittle page was created particularly in order to support our mahi in the future - to secure our way of doing things with the intention of becoming not only a model for environmental sustainability, but for our marae to work towards becoming a self-funded marae, and therefore being a model for financial sustainability as well. This givealittle page is specifically helping us work towards that. We thank you.

Just an update on what's happening at the marae as we speak during Level 4 lockdown 2021 in Tāmaki Makaurau. The Kai Ika Project is again proving its worth and is in full swing at the marae with the tautoko (support) of our South Auckland whānau. Deliveries and distributions are happening every day and we know how much this valuable kai is appreciated. We are just the vessel. Recently we have been blessed with some whole fish to distribute. Kia ora to our wonderful donators - blessings to you all!

Check out what it's all about by watching the video.

    Ngā mihi nui

On behalf of the Trustees, staff and everyone at Papatūānuku Kōkiri Marae
