This week PND Canterburys fresh new website went live. We are adding stories from Mums and Dads, testimonials, our funders and who helps us along with photos of what we do.
Hi There my name is Sonya and I am the Coordinator/Facilitator for PND Canterburys support group and playgroup here in Canterbury. I have been running the support group now for 5 years. We have had over 100 plus Mums through our service and an amazing pool of dedicated volunteers over the last 5 years. Unfortunately like most Trusts we rely on donations and funding applications to run these very popular groups for Mums with postnatal depression. We are a not for profit Trust. PND Playgroup has now been running for 15 months. We have lots of families from all over Canterbury registered with us. Every Tuesday over term time families come and enjoy a non judgmental playgroup. This gives our families a safe and warm place to come and chat to other parents have a cuppa and enjoy being part of their child's play.

PND Canterbury are excited to announce they are starting up a playgroup for all Mums and Dads with postnatal depression and related conditions.
This will be a great place to meet new friends in a safe and non judgmental environment.
A place to share ideas, play with your wee ones and gain confidence among other parents.
This idea is a first for Christchurch and we are excited to see this continue with the ongoing support from donations, fundraising and grants.

Our facilitated support group in Spreydon turns 3 in February. PND Canterbury have meet so many wonderful families over the past 3 years it has been one big amazing journey!!
