For more than 40 years Pregnancy Help has been supporting young families during pregnancy and that critical first year of a baby’s life. Many of the families we connect with would be at risk if our intervention was not there.

Pregnancy Help is a non-profit organisation offering a community based service to Canterbury families during pregnancy and early childhood. We have more than 40 experience working with vulnerable families, and offer guidance and support from trained staff and volunteers.
Use of funds
• Provide practical support - pregnancy tests, maternity clothes, newborn baby clothing, nappies, bassinets, blankets and baby equipment
• Offer a safe space for parents and babies who often come from at risk environments
• Give information and support and advocacy, offering care as skilled and confidential listeners
• Offering parenting skills to young adults in the first year of being parents
Every $90 we raise allows us to provide support to a new family.
