Making Nelson a safer place for all gender and sexuality diversities.
Q Youth was established in Nelson in 2009 by youth for youth. It has gone on to become a safe space for many young people of gender and sexuality diversity. This year the young people would like to attend a well-being hui in their region. For this to happen we need your donations and support. We welcome the opportunity to provide educational training and workshops to the wider Nelson community as a way of reducing discrimination. Thank you.
We support gender and sexuality diverse young people, their whanau and friends. We are proactive in supporting our schools and community to become more accepting and understanding of diversity through education.
