Our mission is to to “promote the economic independence of disadvantaged women by providing professional attire, a network of support and the career development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.” Our vision is: Every Woman Succeeding.

In New Zealand, Dress for Success has helped over 35,000 women, by providing a transformational wraparound service. We enable women to achieve their own picture of success and become strong role models for their families and communities.
