"Reconnect with Society, Reconnect with People"

Reconnect is a charity focused on the wellbeing of Auckland’s youth through one-off projects and regular programs. Our mission is to engage young people in their communities through kindness and service, creating a stronger, more connected, compassionate Auckland by bridging the gap to often overlooked areas.

Our purpose is to raise awareness of the topic, and to show Reconnect’s small commitments in making our society a better place.

We support people to participate in social issues through regular and one-off offline projects.

Through Reconnect Platform, we want to encourage people to take small steps in sharing love. We believe that the small steps will make a difference in our society!

Even A DOLLAR is much appreciated for us to research and carry out projects. Your small act of kindness will help us to 'reconnect' with society and give practical support to youth. Hands in Hands, we can 'reconnect' to spread warmth and take small steps for a better society.

Funds raised will be used for research and carrying out projects such as:

- Care to Self-care? Creative Youth Mental Health Project

- Share the Warmth Program where youth share kindness and warmth in overlooked areas of society; such as rubbish pick up, engagement with rough sleepers on the streets, elderly home support visitations, and more

- Scented Candle Classes, operated by individuals with job insecurity and rough sleepers

- Annual End of Year Events for the communities Hauora (wellbeing)
