Help reduce plastic pollution in our seas by supporting RefillNZ to make it easier to find Free Water to refill all over NZ.
Nationwide
Single-use plastic bottles are in the top 5 most common things found in beach cleanups and marine life; turtles, whales and over 90% of marine birds and fish in the Pacific have been found to contain plastic.
The grassroots RefillNZ campaign aims to make it easier to find tap water when out so that people don't need to buy bottled drinks, reducing single-use plastic pollution at source.
By supporting this campaign you will be helping to stop plastic pollution one refill at a time!
It's often hard to find a public water fountain so RefillNZ collaborates with businesses who provide free water to promote refilling. They have a sticker in their window, have a poster to put up and can be found on our website map and new App.
To make a significant impact on plastic pollution, we need to sign up many more RefillNZ stations . As a small group of mainly volunteers, your help is needed to grow the #refillution and reduce plastic at source.
How your donation will help;
$21 enables us to get a new RefillNZ station signed up, on the map and app.
$50 can help fund the cost of printing 15 new stickers and posters.
$100 can help raise awareness and campaign for change through social media.
If you are a business/organisation keen to sign up as a RefillNZ station, we ask that you make a ONE OFF minimum contribution of $23 ($20+gst) - to help cover costs of the putting you on the map / App, sticker/poster, postage,handling, social media promoting RefillNZ sites and refilling (any extra you can give will be appreciated or cover the credit card fees ).
In return, we will add you to our website map and App and can promote your awesomeness on our social media.
Thank you
RefillNZ – a grass roots campaign, which aims to prevent plastic pollution at source by making it easier to reuse and refill your water bottle on the go than buy drinks in a single-use plastic bottle.
