Revo Tour Trust (The Revolution Tour)

The Revolution Tour was an initiative launched by a teacher and students who were moved by the challenges facing NZ youth. With many having faced mental illness or bullying themselves they wanted to bring hope to the next generation by helping them understand a key life tool, that ‘asking for help doesn't make you weak, it makes you smart'. Using personal stories and the skills they had in singing, dancing, music and speaking, these young people created a programme to entertain, inspire and educate.

Fourteen years on the Revolution Tour continues to grow, using assembly, class & lunchtime presentations to reach more schools and impact the lives of tens of thousands of students every year. We understand the best people to reach and impact youth are in-fact youth themselves, putting an emphasis on developing young people in performing arts and the craft of communication so they can positively influence their peers.

As the world around us changes, so too has the Revolution Tour, we adapt to tackle the obstacles and challenges young people are currently facing and speak about topics such as Anti Bullying, Good Mental Health and Healthy Relationships.

The Revolution Tour's presentations operate as an amazing catalyst for hope and change. This is seen through the hundreds of messages we receive every year from young people discovering that there is purpose to their life, they have value, there is hope to live on plus messages from those who are inspired to help others.

We heavily endorse and support the work of school counsellors and supportive adults in the lives of the young people we speak to and are proud to work alongside organisations such as 1737 and Voices of Hope.
