Rotoehu Ecological Trust

To help meet the Kokako Recovery Groups Goal of 2000 ha under management we plan to extend further East to have a total management area of approximately 1975 ha. Additional areas may be added in the future.

This area will then be included in ground based pest control operations from 2024 onwards (subject to funding).

We are looking for funding to help us to pay for:

Contractor time to mark and cut the lines (approximately 60 km)

Marking equipment (marker triangles and nails)

Installation of 600 bait stations
