Ruel Foundation Give A Smile’s mission is to bring healing, hope and a future to disadvantaged and at-risk children of the Philippines. We do this by seeking children with treatable, physical deformities offering them free surgeries. With RF’s help, the children are taken from lives of poverty and rejection and transformed into valued, loved, and accepted members of society. Ruel Foundation also rescues children in a crisis situation, we have 3 child caring centers in the Philippines: Calapan which is the main base, Romblon and Sorsogon. The children are giving loving care, education and medical assistance while preparing them for international adoption.
