Springboard Community Works empowers at risk youth and families and helps them to turn their lives around.

Springboard Community Works has been working successfully with at risk youth and families for over 12 years. We run various programmes to engage and connect, upskill and mentor marginalised youth and families. Some of the programmes we run are alternative education, an intervention programme for youth offenders, work transition initiatives, family support services. One Youth Court Judge said that Springboard Community Works was probably the most effective community intervention programme he had come across.

Our mission is to empower marginalised youth and families with life changing principles, skills and mentors to facilitate personal transformation and connection with community.
This is achieved through the many programmes that we run, e.g. alternative education, an intervention programme for youth offenders, a preventative mentoring programme, work transition initiatives to help young people gain employment and family support services.
