Taruna is the home of holistic adult education in New Zealand.
At Taruna we offer NZQA-accredited professional and personal development programmes and short courses across teaching, organic and biodynamic farming, nursing and art. We have unique courses, world class tutors and beautiful surroundings. Our strong community lives and breathes the Taruna philosophy, which is based in anthroposophy, the study of human wisdom, developed originally by Rudolf Steiner.
Our students come from all over New Zealand and around the world to study with us.
