Te Puke Volunteer Fire Brigade

Help us restore our 1938 Ford V8 Fire Truck. Everybody loves a vintage fire truck - We want to give a bit of joy back to the community!

Bay of Plenty

Seek community support to restore our 1938 Ford V8 Fire Truck.

Our volunteers wanted to have a project that would add value and joy back to our community. Everybody loves a fire truck, and vintage trucks are even more fun!

We intend to make it available for use at various community events such as Christmas parades, A&P Show, High School balls, Christmas in the park, Food Bank drives, Tauranga Air show to name a few.

This will be a project funded for the community and by the community.

Stage one: Construction of a shed to house it.

Stage two: Restore the truck to pristine condition.

Stage three: Keep it that way.

More about us

We are a volunteer fire brigade of 34 members who volunteer our time to support our community in times of need - 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
