Te Whakamanamai Whanau Charitable Trust

A trust to help the homeless in Northland

Kaikohe, Northland

From its base in Kaikohe Te Whakamanamai Whanau Charitable Trust works tirelessly without any government funding to provide housing solutions for people who find themselves homeless and families for whom our State welfare system has failed and they have nowhere else to turn.

Another arm of the Trust also provides support to people recovering from drug and alcohol addictions as well as running pschoeducation programs and physical health programmes designed to help people restore wellness and keep fit.

The Trust walks the talk. For example Trustee Rhonda Zielinski-Toki recently used personal funds to help a family of 7 who had no running water kitchen, bathroom or indoor toilet.

Northland is the poorest part of our country and there is much need, with your support we can at least meet some of it.

Any support you can give will help us help others. Please chip in whatever you can afford. Thank you .
