Ngaruawahia to Horotiu section update 1 August 2014
Construction began in July on the Ngaruawahia to Horotiu section that when complete, will be 7.5km long and will connect to the Horotiu to Hamilton section completed in December 2013. This means there will be a total of nearly 30km of non-stop cycleway from Ngaruawahia through to Hamilton city for the community to enjoy and providing the ideal link for commuters. The Trust is continuing its fundraising efforts to see this section completed. In the meantime we expect to finish approximately 2km.
