More about us

The Green Room, Rhythm of Youth Charitable Trust has been created by passionate musicians wanting to give back to their communities through music programmes supporting mental health and wellbeing.

We have 3 programmes on offer.

Our Youth Programme offering support to kids between the age of 11 and 17, struggling with anxiety, depression and bullying.

We provide a safe environment full of creativity and enjoyment for the kids allowing them to discover themselves and to make friends along the way.

Everyone is welcome to pick up a guitar, bang on a drum, sing to their hearts content, listen or observe and just make crazy music. Musical or not, everyone is welcome!

We offer these in house at our Music Academy but also In-Schools during school time.

We also have our Community Choir called "Happy Harmonies"

Happy Harmonies is a programme made available to health centres, hospitals, hospices, refuges and rehabilitation centres wanting to bring the joy of music to their communities.

The Green Room is a place to connect, express and heal.
