Our first UWC Scholarships were awarded to in the mid-1970s. Since then, over 100 scholarships have been awarded, changing lives and broadening horizons. New Zealand UWC graduates are making a difference internationally and locally. Prominent graduates include Annette Sykes (lawyer), David Cunliffe (MP), Victoria Ransom (entrepreneur), Miriama McDowell (actress), Jillian Anderton (opera singer), and Tarek Bazley (journalist, Al Jazeera).
