UWC Aotearoa New Zealand selects Year 11-12 students for life-changing scholarships at 18 international IB boarding schools around the world

Our first UWC Scholarships were awarded to in the mid-1970s. Since then, over 100 scholarships have been awarded, changing lives and broadening horizons. New Zealand UWC graduates are making a difference internationally and locally. Prominent graduates include Annette Sykes (lawyer), David Cunliffe (former MP), Victoria Ransom (entrepreneur), Miriama McDowell (actress), Rohan O'Neill-Stephens (Deputy Mayor, Nelson).

Scholarships are needs-based. Your donation helps us meet the difference between what the applicant can afford to contribute, and what it costs to attend UWC.
