Our goal for VO2 Challenge Ministries is to continue to provide a charitable purpose to our members to help them lose weight and keep it off

We have successfully performed seven 12 week weight loss challenges and 4 body sculpting challenges over 3 years. Lives have been changed to a more healthier and happier lifestyle with individuals and families.

VO2 Challenges 22 December 2014
We have January 2015 booked out for new challenges with collaborations with FIT6 for their 6 week challenge on the 24th January. We also have a Grid Iron team which is the Papatoetoe Wildcats running their 8 week challenge on the 31st of January. We are proud to be helping these 2 groups with their weight loss challenges at an affordable rate for their participants.
