This is a feeling.

Waiheke United AFC is a humble community club with a big heart and a very special atmosphere. A small club with big aspirations, we are currently realising our dreams in starting from the lowest division to making our debut appearance in the NRFL Northern League in 2022 after winning Division 1 in 2021. 2022 will be a massive year for the club playing in the top league in NZ!

In line with participation requirements for NZ’s top amateur league the club will be investing in all of its age grade groups from first kicks through to the senior men and women's teams. We are investing in our local coaches via OCF/NZF qualified courses as well as seeking a Director of Football to provide an overall coaching structure and direction for all the teams at the club.

Your support and assistance will enable Waiheke United to provide all kids on the island with access to quality coaching, enjoying team sport, and providing a pathway for local kids to play the highest level of football right here on the island.

The club is run on a voluntary basis and has been since its inception, however, we now need to invest in a couple of roles to help us build a long term foundation. With limited exposure to grants and funding due to our unique location we have been very lucky to have a number of local loyal companies who have continued to support us on our journey so far (thank you!).

In order to take the next step in 2022 we do need major additional financial support to compete in the top league as well as building a sustainable football structure. This is where we need you, our community, to support us and join us on our journey.
