Wellbeing Wellington is a values driven charitable trust (CC 54152) which supports the holistic wellbeing of the people of the Wellington region. We see wellbeing as people living the best lives they choose to live at that time.

We work within Sir Mason Durie’s holistic model Te Whare Tapa Wha, which sets out four cornerstones of health encompassing psychological health/te taha hinengaro, spiritual health/te taha wairua, physical health/te taha tinana, and family health/te taha whanau.

Wellbeing Wellington works in collaboration with like-minded organisations to carry out research, deliver training, create goods and services and develop systems.
