WELLfed nourishes communities through food and connections. We provide free cooking classes for adults based in Porirua East

  Wellington Family Support Food

Since 2016 WELLfed provides free cooking classes for parents based in Porirua East. Our adult Learners practise how to plan, shop, safely prepare and cook low-cost healthy meals, with a strong focus on seasonal fresh fruit and vegetables.

We are so grateful for any financial donations to the work of WELLfed.

- $ 10 provides one meal taught and taken home

- $ 40 provides printing and class materials for one Learner

- $ 100 funds a term of teaching and meals taken home for one family

- $ 400 provides 3 terms of teaching and meals taken home for one family

- $1,000 will fund whole term for ingredients 10+ Learners
