WIDance is transforming lives through the power of dance, offering inclusive classes and workshops to over 130 dancers of all abilities in the greater Wellington region.
Our classes are more than just dance lessons; they are vibrant communities where joy, laughter, and genuine connections flourish. Dance becomes a medium for self-expression, allowing individuals to build their creative abilities, boost self-esteem and cultivate self-awareness through movement.
Our inclusive approach opens up the world of performing arts, providing transformative experiences for everyone involved. As Wellington’s premier inclusive contemporary dance organisation, WIDance champions individual creative development, self-expression, rigorous skill development, and leadership opportunities for those with disabilities.
As we grow and are able offer more people the opportunity to dance, our costs also increase.
