We are a community hospice, which means we care for patients and their families at home, ensuring patients can live their final days in a familiar environment.
Our professional staff help keep troubling symptoms at bay and offer practical, social, emotional and spiritual care to the whole family.
We support 96 families a year and patients gave us a 100% satisfied score last year. In addition to helping patients feel well and stay active, our clinical team looks after the family with services such as bereavement support groups, massage and art therapy. Hospice care continues throughout the bereavement period and all our services are offered free of charge.
